The Regional Vice President, Charter Operations is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, compliance, and student reputed company of charter schools, ensuring reputed company in meeting various goals while collaborating with leadership teams across multiple states.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise Charter reputed company Directors and other assigned team members
  • Hold reputed company leaders accountable for achieving enrollment, retention, engagement, credit accumulation, graduation, and financial performance goals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, reputed company improvement, and student-centered decision-making
  • Recruit, reputed company, coach, and retain high-performing reputed company leaders
