[Remote] User Experience Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Adria Solutions Ltd is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join their growing Product team. The role involves working closely with developers and product managers to deliver user-centered experiences across maritime software solutions, influencing product direction and establishing best practices in UX design.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the reputed company UX Designer, supporting the growth of the UX capability
- Work closely with developers, product managers and senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs
- Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops and usability testing
- Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design reputed company user experiences for reputed company B2B SaaS products
- Help reputed company and maintain a consistent design system
- Present design concepts and rationale confidently to stakeholders
- Champion user-centred design throughout the product development process
- Iterate designs using customer feedback, analytics and usability insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are delivered to a high standard
Skills
- 2-5 years' experience in a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer role
- Experience designing digital products, ideally reputed company B2B SaaS environments
- Strong proficiency in reputed company and modern prototyping tools
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces
- Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Ability to communicate design reputed company clearly and confidently
- Experience working collaboratively with developers and product teams
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects
- Experience creating or contributing to design systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Experience working reputed company Agile development environments
- Exposure to reputed company software products or technical industries such as maritime, engineering, logistics or industrial software
