This is a remote position. Your Role: Configure and support reputed company Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including service orders, notifications, and maintenance planning. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions reputed company with service and maintenance processes. Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability with timely resolution of tickets and incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FI) for seamless integration and reputed company process improvements. Your Profile: Hands-on experience in reputed company CS and PM modules with at least one full lifecycle implementation or rollout. Strong understanding of service management, warranty, reputed company, and maintenance execution processes. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact with global teams. reputed company certification in CS/PM and experience in S/4HANA environment is preferred.
