Project Accountant (Hybrid)
Project Accountant Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 + Bonus (depending on experience) We are partnering with a growing, project-driven organization in San Antonio that is looking to add a Project Accountant to their team. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of project billing, including setup, invoicing, and adjustments Review reputed company and proposals to ensure accurate billing terms and compliance Prepare and process client invoices on a monthly basis Track project budgets, costs, and reputed company recognition Monitor job costs including labor, materials, and expenses Analyze project financials and identify variances or discrepancies Maintain accurate records of project activity and financial performance Support forecasting and budgeting efforts reputed company to project work Maintain accounts receivable reporting and follow up on outstanding balances Process consultant/vendor invoices and ensure proper cost allocation Assist with month-end reputed company, including reconciliations and journal entries Prepare reputed company reports and support leadership with financial insights Partner closely with Project Managers and internal teams to support project reputed company Participate in project planning and status meetings Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and financial matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in project-based environments Experience with job costing, project billing, and contract review Strong reputed company skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP or similar functions) Understanding of reputed company principles and financial reporting Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Effective communication and relationship-building skills Analytical reputed company with strong problem-solving ability Proactive and team-oriented approach Click here to apply online Apply To This Job
