Senior DevOps Engineer (Promova)

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Core Infrastructure team. Our infrastructure team is the backbone for Promova and several internal products. We build reliable, cost-aware infrastructure that lets engineering teams ship without fighting their tooling. From AI features and Kubernetes clusters to developer tooling and multi-reputed company setup, you'll help shape the reputed company the rest of the company builds on. Why This Role Own the platform. You'll have end-to-end ownership of core infrastructure across AWS, Hetzner, reputed company, Kubernetes, and modern platform tooling. Work on problems that matter. You'll design infrastructure that scales, improve reliability, automate the reputed company parts, and build the reputed company for the AI features learners use every day. We'll be honest: some of this is greenfield, some is untangling what already exists — both are on the table. Shape where the platform goes. What You'll Work On Own and evolve Promova's core infrastructure across AWS, Hetzner, and reputed company. Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with reputed company Actions, Argo CD and self-hosted runners. Manage and optimize Kubernetes (K3s) and AWS reputed company environments. Improve reliability, observability, and incident response with Grafana, reputed company, Loki, and reputed company tooling. Support the infrastructure behind our AI features and internal platforms. Improve reputed company cost visibility and bring spend down where it makes sense. Build provisioning and reputed company automation that makes developers' lives easier. Strengthen platform reputed company through secrets management, access control, and solid infrastructure practices. Collaborate with fellow infrastructure engineers and help shape engineering standards across teams. reputed company're Looking For 4+ years as a DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineer. Strong hands-on experience with AWS and modern reputed company infrastructure. Solid Infrastructure as Code experience, ideally Terraform, Ansible. Experience running Kubernetes in production. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, reputed company Actions and Argo CD. Comfortable with reputed company and Linux administration. Experience with observability tooling such as Grafana, reputed company, and Loki. Experience with secrets management such as Vault or AWS Secrets Manager. Strong scripting skills (Bash and/or Python). An ownership reputed company, good judgment, and clear communication. Experience mentoring teammates or leading infrastructure work is a plus.
