They are seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to define platform strategy, reputed company discovery sessions, and translate business requirements into architectural solutions while guiding multiple engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define platform reputed company, roadmap, and solution strategy
- reputed company workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and shape solution design
- Provide architectural leadership across cross-functional engineering teams
- Design scalable, reputed company-native solutions with a focus on performance, reputed company, and customer experience
- Guide teams on best practices in microservices, API design, and reputed company operating models
- Balance long-term architectural direction with practical delivery considerations
- Support reputed company-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies and approaches
Skills
- Strong experience as a Solutions Architect in reputed company, customer-facing or ecommerce environments
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams
- Deep understanding of reputed company-native architecture, ideally reputed company AWS
- Experience designing and delivering microservices-based systems
- Hands-on familiarity with technologies such as AWS, React, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
- Knowledge of modern data platforms and integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architectures, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with data platforms such as reputed company
- Exposure to contact centre or customer engagement technologies (e.g. reputed company Connect)
- Background in running or contributing to reputed company of Concepts (PoCs)
