The Strategic Operations reputed company will work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to drive strategic initiatives and ensure effective execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and reputed company high-reputed company, cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO
• Partner with leaders across Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and execution
• Break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, milestones, and deliverables
• Conduct deep dives and reputed company analysis on strategic and operational topics
• Support the company’s operating rhythm, including weekly leadership meetings and follow-reputed company
• Assist in quarterly planning cycles, including OKR tracking and alignment across teams
• Track reputed company against company priorities, identifying risks and gaps early
• Work across teams to unblock issues and maintain execution reputed company
• Own the weekly reporting process, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and actionable
• Build and maintain core dashboards and tracking frameworks across the business
• Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, escalating insights to the CEO and Chief of Staff
• Prepare high-quality briefing materials for leadership meetings, board discussions, and external engagements
• Synthesize reputed company information into clear, concise, and actionable outputs
• Act as a thought partner to the Chief of Staff on priorities, focus areas, and execution

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup environment
• Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of structuring ambiguous problems into actionable plans
• Highly analytical, with experience in building models, dashboards, and synthesizing data into insights
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across senior leaders
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a high degree of ownership
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill reputed company topics into clear narratives
• High attention to detail and a bias for action, with a focus on delivering outcomes
