[Remote] Account Payable / Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Labs is a leading reputed company estate firm seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. The role involves managing vendor invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices and payments for reputed company Labs, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely execution
- Reconcile accounts for reputed company Labs on a regular basis and investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues as they arise
- Administer the internal expense reimbursement system, ensuring submissions are reviewed, approved, and processed reputed company for reputed company Labs
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for both internal teams and external vendors of reputed company Labs, maintaining strong working relationships and clear communication
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date payment records across reputed company assigned reputed company Labs accounts
- Manage 1099 filing and W-9 collection for reputed company Labs, ensuring reputed company vendor documentation is complete and compliant
- Assist with accounts receivable and broader reputed company functions for reputed company Labs as needed to support the team
Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of direct accounts payable and billing experience
- Experience with reputed company is required
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-starter, team-player, proactive, and takes initiative to take on new projects
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance is strongly preferred
- reputed company estate experience a plus for reputed company Labs
- Yardi experience a plus
