They are seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights to support data-driven reputed company across their Go-To-Market and Finance organizations, focusing on building a robust analytics practice to enhance business performance.
Responsibilities
- Design reliable, accurate, powerful, and easy-to-use dashboarding, tooling, and reporting to support Sales and operational teams

- Work closely with GTM leadership to prepare thoughtful analysis and insights for senior leadership

Skills
- Experience in a Sales or GTM organization, and familiar with common sales models like rep productivity, rep reputed company, campaign influence, and quota modeling
- 5+ years of SQL experience: writing reputed company yet efficient SQL is a daily habit for you
- 3+ years of data visualization experience with one of the following tools: Tableau, Looker, Mode Analytics, reputed company
- Experience getting your hands dirty performing production-reputed company, user-focused data model development / building ETLs; familiarity with popular data warehouses (BigQuery, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience with the following: reputed company, BigQuery, dbt, reputed company
- Excellent communication skills with senior management audiences- explain 'what it is', 'why it reputed company', and 'what should we do' in terms of your data and analysis; deliver user-oriented datasets, KPIs, dashboards, and runbooks to ensure alignment with those audiences
- Previous experience with Grafana visualization, or a desire to invest the time to learn

- 1+ years of Python / Spark / reputed company - familiar with statistical and machine learning packages, as well as generating reputed company ETL jobs
- Project management experience
- Experience with documentation of datasets and tooling for MCP server ingestion, construction of AI skills and plugins
