[Remote] Account Manager - Industrial Mechanical

The role involves managing client relationships, developing business opportunities, and overseeing service reputed company while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for industrial clients
• Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with plant operators, maintenance managers, engineers and procurement teams
• Conduct regular on-site visits to client facilities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing service needs, concerns, and compliance requirements promptly
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for reputed company services, installation, replacement parts, overhaul work, and equipment upgrades
• reputed company tailored proposals, quotes, and service agreements
• Track and forecast sales performance, reputed company targets, and margin goals
• Manage ongoing service reputed company, ensuring work scopes, schedules, and deliverables align with client requirements and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal operations, field technicians, fabrication teams, and procurement to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
• Review and monitor job costs, change orders, and service documentation

Skills

• 7+ years of combined mechanical experience in the industrial market
• Strong knowledge of reputed company applicable standards and regulations such as OSHA, API, ASME, etc
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Speak, read and write the English language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
