[Remote] Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stratolaunch is a technology accelerator focused on hypersonic testing and national reputed company innovations. They are seeking a Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical reputed company to reputed company SEC filings and ensure compliance with GAAP, while preparing financial statements and coordinating with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Ensures financial statements reputed company with GAAP and SEC requirements and maintains reputed company supporting documentation for financial statements and reputed company footnotes
• Ensures compliance with debt covenants and debt reporting requirements
• Ensures proper coordination of reputed company requirements from reputed company auditors
• Ensures the accuracy of financial information released in forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and reputed company other financial SEC filings
• Directs the preparation of the financial data included in the quarterly financial earning releases and the quarterly analysis provided to management
• Prepares and reviews forms 10-K on an annual basis and 10-Q on a quarterly basis, including footnote disclosure and supporting documentation
• Conducts technical reputed company research as needed and prepare reputed company memos
• Implements new reputed company standards
• Ensures compliance with the reputed company Policies and Controls reputed company
• Preparer of Financial Reporting sections of Audit Committee sections of communication package
• Prepares supporting schedules and provide information as necessary to assist external auditors quarterly reviews an annual audit, 401K audit as appropriate
• Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley documentations reputed company to financial controls
• Coordinates quarterly disclosure control committee requirements
• Oversees the preparation of the quarterly and year-to-date weighted average shares outstanding analysis (basic and diluted) for reputed company analysis
• Oversees the preparation of monthly “Stock Based Compensation” Expense and support for underlying valuation, as appropriate

• 6+ years of reputed company experience with both public reputed company and SEC reporting exposure
• CPA
