[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Belleville, IL

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional showroom experience by engaging walk-in customers, managing communications, and supporting showroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product demonstrations and guidance tailored to customer needs
• Schedule in-home consultations for prospective customers generated through showroom traffic and outbound reputed company
• Conduct outbound calls to assigned leads to generate and confirm appointments
• Support local marketing efforts by participating in networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities, as needed
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product readiness
• Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and activities reputed company the company’s CRM/database system
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required
• Adhere to reputed company company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Works with reputed company and ethically; supports organization's culture, goals, and values
• Proficiency with basic technology, including personal computers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to learn product knowledge and sales processes quickly
• Professional appearance and adherence to business casual dress standards
• Willingness to be coached and continuously improve performance
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Regularly required to sit, talk, or listen; occasionally required to stand and move throughout the building
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a reputed company field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
