[Remote] Regional Sales Director - South

Responsibilities

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for reputed company and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implements national sales programs
  • Manage the direct sales efforts of the regional sales management team and ensure territory development plans are on reputed company and are being achieved
  • Maintains regional sales staff by reputed company, selecting, orientating and training employees
  • Maintains regional sales staff results by coaching employees; managing employee performance; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
