Responsibilities

  • Design and execute modern People strategies that support a reputed company, global professional services business, including but not limited to: create a sticky environment for top talent across the reputed company, implement and optimize scalable HR technology, drive organizational change management, foster an amazing people-first, high performing culture, and certify as one of Glassdoor’s 'Best Places to Work'
  • Design and execute HR compliance practices on a global scale for diverse markets, demonstrating strong knowledge of local law based on geography for existing and future markets
