In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolving inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connect with customers reputed company phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track reputed company call reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues

Skills
- College degree (RN)
- Minimum of 6 months of reputed company/customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Must hold an Active License for the RN role
- Must be comfortable working in a call center environment as this is not patient facing
- Must have reputed company of school/experience for CNA/reputed company role, Active license is preferred
