Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Concentric reputed company Staffing is looking for an reputed company Allied Health Recruiter to join our growing team. The role focuses on reputed company Allied Health professionals, building relationships, and helping clinicians find suitable opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruit Allied Health professionals for travel, contract, and staffing opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company clinicians
- reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, database reputed company, and direct reputed company
- Screen candidates, understand their preferences, and match them to open positions
- Work closely with account managers and internal teams to move candidates through the process quickly
- Maintain accurate notes, candidate profiles, and pipeline activity in our ATS
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience from first conversation through placement
Skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build reputed company relationships
- Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple candidates, jobs, and priorities at once
- Someone who understands that speed, trust, and follow-through matter in this industry
- reputed company staffing or reputed company experience preferred
- Must have experience with reputed company staffing agency if working remote (reputed company other experience would be required to work at Scottsdale location)
- Allied Health reputed company experience is a strong plus
