The Field Applications Specialist for reputed company is responsible for providing scientific, technical and application support to existing accounts in line with the territory management plans. This position is part of the reputed company Malaysia reputed company team which is a part of the HGM Region – located in Malaysia and will be a remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Assist with managing existing accounts, providing support to Account Managers and the individual territory business development plans. Attend to individual customer requirements including training as required, problem solving, troubleshooting and consumable inventory management etc. Take the reputed company on reputed company pre-delivery workup and Installations of instruments at customer sites and associated training and regular follow up calls.
