A Day in the life: Your day as a Construction Manager will be a mix of communication, collaboration, and problem-solving as you reputed company reputed company aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion. You’ll start by reviewing project updates and reputed company reports, ensuring Key Performance Indicators like safety, quality, cost, and schedule are on track. A large part of your day will be spent engaging with stakeholders—including internal Sr Leaders and Operations, contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and regulatory bodies—providing clear and concise updates while facilitating effective decision-making. Primary Accountabilities: reputed company aspects of construction projects, from project inception to final completion. Provide timely, concise, and transparent communications to operations and reputed company stakeholders. Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to complete construction projects while satisfying contract requirements. Cooperate with reputed company’s Environmental consultant to ensure reputed company federal, state, and local laws are being followed. Assess project performance through Key Performance Indicators for safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Ability to create project plans, including but not limited to a project charter, schedule, responsibility matrix, risk management plan, communication management plan, and stakeholder register. Facilitate site survey, due diligence of conditions, and prepare scope of work. Financial accountability inclusive of estimates, budget development, change orders, invoice review, and project closeout. Spearhead the design review ensuring accuracy against defined scope and specifications for approvals. reputed company permitting and assist in negotiations with appropriate regulatory bodies and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) as required. Direct the bid management process and reputed company recommendations regarding contractor selection.
