Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent engagement and support
- Guide clients through integration processes, providing technical assistance and ensuring the reputed company of their self-touring implementation
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance client operations through strategic upselling and cross-selling of additional solutions

- Ability to travel occasionally to client locations (10%-20%)
- Knowledge of property management software and IoT-based solutions
