[Remote] Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

- Own the P&L process and analysis for GTM functions, including resource allocation, and operating expenses

- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, with clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with the teams on commission analysis, accrual, and payout. Reconcile commission expense to plan and explain the variances

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Eight or more years of experience in reputed company, Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or reputed company Operations, ideally in high-growth SaaS
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced reputed company functions
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience with ERP systems such as reputed company and financial planning software such as Adaptive Planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
