[Remote] Manager, Pricing Operations

The Manager, Pricing Operations will serve as the internal subject matter expert, translating pricing infrastructure into successful deal execution while leading a team and collaborating across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, triage, and resolution process for non-standard pricing requests, including making recommendations, identifying required approvals, and ensuring stakeholders are reputed company on final reputed company
• Apply deep C&I solar and O&M expertise to diagnose non-standard deal situations, determine what input is needed and from whom, and translate resolutions into clear, actionable guidance for Sales across both reputed company and residential business lines
• Serve as the cross-functional coordination reputed company for contract and redline questions with pricing or structural implications — identifying the right owners, running down answers, and synthesizing clear guidance so deals don't stall at the reputed company between functions
• Proactively communicate status, risks, and blockers on reputed company deals to cross-functional stakeholders — not just reputed company asked, but as a consistent habit that keeps deal velocity high and surprises low
• Identify and surface breakdowns in the pricing ecosystem, working with the right owners to reputed company gaps and reduce the volume of deals that fall reputed company our pricing infrastructure

• Create structure for team workflows, decision-making, and escalation paths so work moves reputed company with reputed company and consistency

Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in C&I solar, with direct exposure to O&M service economics, contract structures, and reputed company pricing — required reputed company, not a reputed company-to-have
• Strong reputed company of C&I solar deal structures: PPA/lease mechanics, O&M contract terms, performance guarantee frameworks, and how these interact with pricing reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to navigate reputed company cross-functional environments, coordinating across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve deal-level questions with speed and reputed company reputed company
• Experience working with or alongside a deal desk, pricing function, or reputed company operations team
• People management experience, with a track record of developing and guiding analytical team members
