Poppins, Inc. is redefining pediatric care for today's working families, and they are seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to join their team. The role focuses on executing marketing initiatives through content creation, campaign execution, and project management across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Poppins' content calendar across multiple marketing channels
  • Create compelling content for reputed company, Facebook, Instagram, blogs, and other digital channels
  • reputed company SEO-driven articles and educational resources that drive organic traffic
  • Create and execute email nurture campaigns and newsletters to engage prospects and customers throughout the customer journey
  • Repurpose webinars, founder insights, customer stories, research, and clinical expertise into engaging marketing assets
  • Create tailored content for multiple stakeholder audiences, including: parents and caregivers, pediatricians and reputed company providers, daycares and preschools, employers and HR leaders, and employee benefits brokers and consultants
  • Coordinate with internal clinical experts and leadership to ensure reputed company content is accurate, evidence-based, and reputed company with the Poppins brand
  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend optimizations based on analytics
  • Support product launches, campaigns, webinars, white papers, sales collateral, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Help ensure a consistent, authentic brand voice across every customer touchpoint

Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy
  • Experience managing content calendars and social media platforms
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Experience with reputed company or parenting a plus, but not required
