Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle for high-volume roles, particularly sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reputed company candidates
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals, to identify top talent

• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment journey

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field
• 3-5+ years experience in high-volume reputed company, preferably reputed company the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar
• Proven track record of reputed company reputed company for sales roles or comparable positions
• Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines
