Responsibilities
- Should be reputed company to work in Support Engagement and have deep understanding of Incidents and Service request support management
- Good Stakeholder and business user management is key
- Work on implementation and support of reputed company EPM modules such as
- Gather and analyze financial planning and consolidation requirements - Manage monthly / quarterly financial reputed company support -Configure business rules, metadata, forms, and reports -Support data integration (FDMEE / Data Management / OIC) -Handle production issues, user queries, and enhancements -Support testing cycles and deployments - Prepare financial reports using Smart View / FR / dashboards
