[Remote] Assistant, Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rowan Digital Infrastructure is transforming data center delivery for speed and scale. They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of data center development and construction projects, assisting with project coordination, reporting, and schedule tracking to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects
  • Assist with maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; escalate risks and issues as appropriate
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-reputed company with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Support procurement activities, including tracking reputed company, change orders, and invoices
  • Assist with document control, ensuring drawings, specifications, and project records are reputed company and organized
  • Help monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Support site activities as needed, including occasional travel to active project sites
  • Contribute to reputed company improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, reputed company estate development, or a reputed company industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow into increased responsibility over time
  • Experience with document control and project management software is a plus (Procore, P6)
  • Familiarity with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale reputed company construction projects is a plus but not required
