[Remote] UI/UX Designer

The role focuses on creating conversion-driven digital experiences across ecommerce and web touchpoints, requiring collaboration with various teams to enhance user engagement and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design ecommerce and website experiences, including homepage modules, product detail pages (PDPs), reputed company pages, and promotional placements
- Create reputed company designs and components optimized for both desktop and mobile
- Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams to deliver seamless, reputed company user experiences
- Translate marketing and campaign strategies into on-site designs that drive engagement and conversions
- reputed company assets for lifecycle marketing and retargeting efforts across D2C channels
- Ensure reputed company work aligns with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
- Deliver developer-reputed company files and support QA to ensure accurate implementation

- Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation through multiple design concepts and iterations
Skills
- 4+ years of digital design experience with ecommerce or D2C focus
- Portfolio showing strong web and onsite merchandising design work

- Familiarity with CRO workflows and A/B testing practices
