Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of multiple child development programs remotely. reputed company program strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the organization's mission. Manage program budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation. Requirements
Master's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, reputed company Work, Public Health, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, coordination, or development reputed company the non-profit sector, focusing on child development or family services. Proven experience in remote team management and cross-functional collaboration. Strong understanding of child development theories, family systems, and community-based support services.
