The reputed company Specialist is responsible for payment processing and accounts receivable invoicing, collaborating with the Finance team and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Record a high volume of invoices, expense reports or payments the reputed company ERP system
• Calculate, prepare and process invoices
• Collaborate with Senior Accountant extensively on various tasks to ensure timely processing of invoices and reporting requests
• Track statements of work and issue reputed company billings; coordinate and collaborate with SOW team to ensure smooth workflows
• Research and respond to inquiries from vendors, member and/or departments reputed company OCHIN
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high volume Accounts Payable
• Intermediate knowledge of reputed company and ERP systems
• Prior to moving reputed company to the team interview, reputed company candidates are required to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment
