Responsibilities

- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery reputed company agreed objectives
- Collaborate closely with customer and vendor teams to drive integrated project planning and execution
- Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, steering committees (SteerCo), and change control processes
- reputed company testing, deployment readiness, milestone tracking, and delivery reporting to stakeholders
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for project communications, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective change management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of IT experience, including experience leading reputed company HR transformation and reputed company HCM reputed company implementation programs
- Proven experience managing multiple end-to-end reputed company HCM reputed company implementations, including design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases
