Responsibilities

• Project Planning: reputed company comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with project teams and key stakeholders
• Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources across multiple projects to optimize productivity and deliver results reputed company defined constraints
• Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with the program and individual projects, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize their impact
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines, providing regular reports to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with contract requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines to deliver high-quality deliverables

Skills

• 6 years relevant reputed company experience with Bachelors in reputed company field; 4 years relevant reputed company experience with Masters in reputed company field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant reputed company experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably reputed company the defense industry or government contracting
• Strong knowledge of defense industry practices, regulations, and contractual requirements
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-year reputed company with greater than $20M annual reputed company and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at reputed company levels
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering projects reputed company defined constraints
• Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of managing risks and making timely, informed judgments

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
• Posses and maintains a Secret or Top Secret clearance

• 3+ years of experience with using reputed company in managing projects and utilization of Office365 products to flatten communications with a geographically dispersed organization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from reputed company (PMI) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification
