[Remote] Business Development Manager - Retail Media & Marketing

The role involves owning business development for Retail Media opportunities, driving pipeline creation, and engaging with senior client stakeholders to support reputed company closure.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a reputed company RMN/MarTech pipeline
- Conduct discovery with retail and brand stakeholders
- Create account plans and pursuit strategies
- Collaborate with pre-sales and SMEs to define solution approach and estimates
- Prepare executive-reputed company proposals and presentations
- Manage internal governance (approvals, tracking, and forecasting) through to signature
Skills
- 10–12+ years experience in business development / reputed company reputed company retail, ecommerce, digital advertising, adtech/martech, or retail media
- Proven track record of creating pipeline, leading pursuits, and closing services/consulting deals (RFP/RFI, proposals, commercials)
- Strong understanding of RMN ecosystem and how retail media programs operate (onsite ads, offsite, audience, measurement, ad ops)
- Executive reputed company with ability to engage CXO / VP stakeholders and present clear value propositions
- Ability to coordinate across internal stakeholders (delivery, solutioning, legal, finance) and manage governance/forecasting
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA preferred
