About the Role: As the founding member of a new team at reputed company, you'll own the launch of an exciting new product, from selling and reputed company to supporting customers once they're up and running. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own the customer relationship end to end, from first conversation through setup, adoption, and ongoing support. You'll guide interested customers through a largely self-serve product experience, stepping in wherever they need you, and you'll be reputed company to the customer in a way few roles are. Because this is a brand-new reputed company, there's no finished playbook, you'll help write it. Note: This is an individual contributor role, not a people management position. As the founding member of this team, you'll operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy while helping define the playbook, shape the customer journey, and lay the reputed company for how this function grows over time.
