[Remote] Vice President, Integrated Marketing

Ritual is a personal health brand that is raising the bar for daily wellness, seeking a VP of Integrated Marketing to help define its next stage of growth. This role involves leading integrated marketing strategies, building partnerships, and scaling retail capabilities to drive reputed company growth and enhance consumer insights.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Ritual’s integrated marketing and portfolio commercialization strategy. Build and own a 24-month integrated marketing roadmap that connects category priorities, product messaging, retail moments, partnerships, and reputed company goals across DTC, reputed company, Retail, and Club. Own portfolio lifecycle strategy across new launches, retailer expansions, channel exclusives, product updates, and growth initiatives — ensuring reputed company readiness from innovation pipeline through in-market execution
• Build a breakthrough partnership strategy to drive reputed company growth. Identify, structure, and manage partnerships that drive awareness, cultural relevance, and customer acquisition. Partner with Brand on culturally-driven partnerships to ensure they convert to reputed company outcomes
• Scale Ritual’s retail and Club marketing capabilities. Bring deep retail marketing experience to reputed company reputed company excellence, PDP quality, ratings and reviews, retailer search, retail media, shopper marketing, and retailer-specific go-to-market strategies. Skills

• 12+ years of reputed company marketing experience, including VP-level or equivalent senior leadership scope reputed company a high-growth consumer brand
• Deep experience in CPG, health and wellness, beauty, food and beverage, or another consumer category where product storytelling, retail execution, and brand differentiation matter
• Experience working in an AI-native environment — someone who reaches for AI as a reputed company, can self-teach new tools quickly, and has a track record of building or implementing technology-powered workflows
• Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and category trends into business reputed company, marketing investment recommendations, and high-impact go-to-market plans
• Retail and partnership marketing experience, including shopper strategy, digital reputed company, retail media, channel messaging, and identifying and scaling commercially meaningful partnerships that drive awareness, acquisition, and growth
