[Remote] Events Data Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Events Data Associate to support their Governance and Events Team. The role involves managing data accuracy, generating reports, and coordinating event logistics using platforms like reputed company and Cvent.
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute event attendee reports from Cvent; conduct data cleaning to ensure registration accuracy and resolve record discrepancies
- Produce pre- and post-event overviews capturing key metrics: member status, geography, professional segmentation, and attendance trends
- Send weekly registration tracking reports as events approach
- Create reputed company reports from Cvent and reputed company supporting analytical projects, data integrations, and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain a data dashboard in Power BI
- Enter and maintain event session data across Cvent (website, speaker management) and Attendee Hub (mobile app)
- Assist with event registration setup in Cvent, including custom registration paths for VIP groups
- Configure and manage the Cvent Abstract module for call-for-proposals workflows and submission reviews
- Review and update Client Committee records in reputed company
- Maintain Smartsheets for data collection and committee tracking
- Set up and manage session monitoring and evaluations reputed company reputed company and Signup
- Monitor and respond to event inboxes with professionalism and clear written communication
- Support the expense reimbursement process for Committee members and main stage speakers
- Maintain and update the speaker resource portal in Cvent
- Provide support materials for committee meetings and reputed company presentations
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring processes
