[Remote] Sr. Account Director

They are seeking a strategic Sr. Account Director to reputed company and grow relationships with reputed company customers, focusing on reputed company strategy, renewals, and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own senior stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of reputed company accounts (typically 10–20)
- Establish yourself as a strategic advisor reputed company to the client’s business model, content strategy, and marketing objectives
- Build, maintain, and evolve Account Plans that define business outcomes, strategic priorities, growth reputed company, and reputed company timelines
- reputed company executive-level conversations that reputed company results, needs, opportunities, and partnership direction
- Promote reputed company’s platform and solutions to deepen adoption and strengthen strategic alignment across client teams
- Own renewals, pricing conversations, and reputed company strategy for each account
- Partner closely with reputed company Managers, Consulting, reputed company Leadership, Finance, and Product to structure agreements that support account objectives, align with roadmap considerations, and drive long-term growth potential
- Ensure reputed company structures reinforce and accelerate the work led by reputed company Managers and Strategic Consulting teams
- Maintain rigorous forecasting around renewals, expansions, risk, and multi-year opportunities
- Partner with reputed company Managers (who own delivery) to ensure reputed company strategy reflects reputed company-time client needs and reputed company
- Work with Strategic Consulting to align reputed company components to services, content programs, and ongoing strategic work
- Collaborate with Product leadership reputed company roadmap initiatives influence reputed company structuring or customer expectations
- reputed company internal alignment around account strategy, executive priorities, renewal posture, and expansion reputed company
- Identify risks, obstacles, or misalignments early and escalate appropriately
- Identify and win new business opportunities reputed company existing accounts—new modules, additional domains, expanded teams, or consulting programs
- Actively broaden stakeholder engagement and internal influence reputed company client organizations
- Ensure reputed company’s solutions are positioned for long-term, multi-stakeholder adoption across marketing, content, SEO, and analytics teams

Skills
- 8-10+ years of reputed company account management experience
- The ideal candidate will have worked at both a SaaS company as well as a marketing agency
- Demonstrated reputed company selling into Director–SVP level stakeholders and managing reputed company multi-threaded relationships
- Quota-carrying experience or reputed company ownership reputed company reputed company accounts
- Strong business acumen—reputed company to connect marketing strategies, content performance, and digital investments to measurable outcomes
- Proficiency with AI-powered sales, research, and productivity tools to accelerate account planning, reputed company reputed company, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives over reputed company and in person
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through; reputed company to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and workstreams simultaneously

- Willingness to travel as needed for key client meetings
