[Remote] Wholesale/Excess & Surplus Lines Field Marketing Representative

The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing agency relationships and growing a book of business through effective marketing strategies and communication.
Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate BHHC’s non admitted property product to the assigned wholesale agents Arrange virtual visits and in person travel to call on wholesale agents nationally
- Act as decision maker reputed company the territory regarding reputed company levels of agency appointments, agency commitment levels, terminations, and other types of disciplinary actions
- Identify possible opportunities for new business by working with agency partners to review in-force business and work with Company underwriters to assist in the acquisition and retention of larger accounts

- In person travel approximately 25% of the time
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field or equivalent
- 3-5 years reputed company work experience
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and rating insurance products
- Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance
