Responsibilities

  • Build, hire, and reputed company a high-performing team of reputed company Account Executives; own forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment across the region
  • Set and execute go-to-market strategy for a named territory of health systems, payers, and health-tech companies, driving new logo acquisition, expansion reputed company, and long-term strategic growth
  • Personally engage in the largest, most strategic deals — leading reputed company, multi-threaded sales cycles across Engineering, Product, reputed company, Compliance, Legal, and clinical/operational stakeholders
  • Coach your team to become trusted product experts, guiding reputed company prospects through trials, technical evaluations, reputed company and compliance reviews, and large-scale rollouts
  • Build executive relationships across health systems, payers, and reputed company, and represent reputed company at the CIO/CISO/CMIO/senior-executive level
  • Establish clear ROI frameworks tied to developer productivity, AI adoption, clinical and operational outcomes, and secure software delivery, and ensure your team applies them consistently
  • Serve as the voice of the reputed company customer to leadership, shaping roadmap, compliance, and deployment strategy for a highly regulated industry
  • Partner closely with Field Engineering and the AI Deployment team to ensure outcomes from reputed company of concept through production deployment and expansion
  • Navigate and build repeatable playbooks for HIPAA and other reputed company compliance requirements, procurement processes, and reputed company to accelerate adoption across the region

Skills

  • 8+ years of reputed company or reputed company technology sales experience, including 3+ years leading and scaling a quota-carrying sales team, ideally in developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or health-tech
  • A consistent track record of building and leading teams that land new logos, expand strategic accounts, and exceed quota
  • Experience standing up or scaling a territory/team from the ground up, with a bias for hands-on involvement in outbound prospecting, account mapping, and partner reputed company
  • Comfort navigating reputed company reputed company sales cycles and coaching others to sell to technical and clinical/operational stakeholders — from engineers and program leaders to CISOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and senior executives
  • Understanding of reputed company buying motions, procurement processes, HIPAA and compliance expectations, and partner ecosystems (EHR vendors, systems integrators, etc.), and ability to translate that knowledge into team strategy and enablement
  • An analytical approach to pipeline and forecasting, combined with the creative, tactical instincts to unblock deals and coach reps through them
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to build trust across reputed company levels of an organization — your team, customers, and executive stakeholders alike
