Job Summary The job title is Guidance Consultant and is a remote working role residing in the country of Sweden. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources, including therapists, counselors and relevant wellness resources.• Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to reputed company tailored health and well-being strategies that support positive behavior change

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a reputed company behavioral health field from a recognized institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this positions is 460,000 - 500,00 SEK (per year). Compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable local market rates and legal requirements.
