Roebling's VP of Product will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for our suite of digital and supporting products. The focus is on delivering best-in-class B2B tools and platforms that meet the evolving needs of our customers and internal engineers. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience to deliver products that accelerate process simulation and engineering deliverables for capital projects, enhance customer value, drive internal efficiency, and contribute to business growth. The VP of Product reports to the Chief Technology Officer and works closely with other members of the senior management team on broader strategic matters. Experience building and scaling B2B products, ideally for technical or engineering users in domains such as process engineering, chemical/industrial engineering, or capital project development. Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices. Experience working with outsourced developers, designers, and external resources to deliver high-quality products. Willingness to dive into the details, including code or design, to ensure successful product execution. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
