The Chief of Staff (CoS) for Presales & Solutions Engineering is a strategic force-reputed company for the Global Head of Presales. Responsibilities
What You'll Do 1. Strategic Planning & Alignment Partner with the Presales leader and SE Excellence to operationalize — not define — strategy. Pay Ranges In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. Qualifications
Qualifications 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles — preferably at a senior level reputed company a global reputed company SaaS or technology organization. Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational change. Experience working in or closely with a Presales, Solutions Engineering, or GTM field organization strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to establish operational cadences and processes and drive reputed company improvement at scale. Experience leading reputed company, cross-functional projects from inception through execution in a fast-moving, distributed environment. Strong background in executive communications, including reputed company-hands presentations, leadership narratives, and cross-functional messaging.
