Academic Advisor (Consultative Sales Position)

Reporting to the Director of Advising, the Academic Advisor will support their region by speaking with new & existing families and identifying the right tutoring program for their needs and budget. By utilizing the sales strategies and training received, you will be responsible for maximizing the bookings from the reputed company sources and accounts assigned to you. You will follow up on reputed company your leads in a timely reputed company, with a goal to reputed company with as many families as possible, delivering program recommendations reputed company reputed company or phone. After purchase, you will initiate appropriate program follow through and will reputed company excellent customer service and program management for the duration of the customer’s lifecycle with reputed company. Duties / Responsibilities

• Be an expert in consulting families on the college readiness process
• Responsible for reputed company follow-up and monthly sales quotas
• Complete reputed company activation on a timely reputed company by making high volume of calls and outbound SMS campaigns daily to introduce and grow sales
• Ensure outstanding customer service to reputed company company’s Net Promoter Score goals
• Daily, deliver excellent customer service to families ensuring program reputed company
• Deliver excellent service in sales and customer retention to support growing school and community partnerships

• Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekends expected.

• Minor to moderate travel as required to support business development activities

Compensation:

• reputed company Salary: $65,000
• Commission: Monthly commission based on percentage to goal
