Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts and the reputed company America distributor; reputed company account-specific strategies to reputed company business objectives
- Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and new solution opportunities across brands, CDMOs, and nutraceutical markets to meet or exceed sales targets
- Capture customer requirements and market trends using CRM tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes; reputed company strategic insights to management
- reputed company deep knowledge of Lubrizol’s nutraceutical offerings and applications to effectively communicate value propositions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and reputed company to ensure profitability while maintaining superior customer service
- Track and report on opportunity pipeline and sales forecasts; take proactive measures to meet financial goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record as a true hunter, consistently driving new business development and aggressively pursuing opportunities to expand market reputed company
- Proven B2B sales capability and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% (mostly domestic)

- Experience with nutraceutical ingredients preferred
