[Remote] Clinical Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
- Assist in the support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EHR, Practice Management, reputed company Cycle, and integrated solutions, specifically reputed company Health clinical applications
- Participate in the configuration and customization of clinical applications to meet the needs of SCA’s specialty practices
- Work with end-users to identify, document, and resolve issues reputed company to clinical applications
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for system updates and new system implementations
- Support data reputed company initiatives by assisting with data extraction, reporting, and analysis
