[Remote] MTC-K Network Administrator – SECRET Clearance Required

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Network Administrator to join their Mission Training reputed company – Korea (MTC-K) team. The role involves providing support for computer networks, maintaining network systems, and ensuring high-quality transmission service, while also enforcing reputed company policies and troubleshooting network issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing support for the functionality and efficiency of computer networks (LAN/WAN)
• Installs, maintains, and coordinates the use of network systems
• Monitors and manages data traffic/network performance and controls network resource performance to ensure high-quality transmission
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems to ensure quality transmission service on the network
• Enforces reputed company policies
• Plans include distribution of data, voice, and VTC over LAN and WAN in classified and unclassified modes for simulations/stimulation networks; MTC Training Network, KTEN, CENTRIX-K, NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and tactical networks
• Configure and maintain reputed company posture of the training networks by following reputed company DOD STIGs associated with systems on supported network domains, including VTC, VoIP, CUCM and Layer 2 networking devices
• Assist with troubleshooting reputed company problems that arise with the network to maintain reputed company performance and provide relevant operational feedback and reports

Skills

• Secret clearance is required
• 2+ years of reputed company experience
• BS in Information Technology or Computer Science or a reputed company technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
• Implements technical solutions in the management of software, hardware, configurations, and architecture
• Advanced troubleshooting and maintenance skills on reputed company router, reputed company, and firewall configuration/architecture to include an understanding of firewall theory and configuration
• Understands and implements the Risk Management reputed company (RMF) Certification & Accreditation process and procedures
• Understands the technical requirements to reputed company a remote training network enclaves utilizing local NEC circuits
• Evaluates existing network systems to ensure network reputed company meets reputed company and future network requirements
• Installs, configures, and maintains secure data and voice networks reputed company various classified enclaves utilizing VLANs and EIGRIP tunneling to segregate and manage network traffic
• Strong understanding and practical experience with STIG configuration standards
• SEC+ is required
• Must meet DoD 8570 IAM I certification
• Superb communication skills with a strong emphasis on clear, thorough technical documentation
• Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities in reputed company network reputed company environments
