[Remote] Senior Accountant - reputed company
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading U.S. reputed company company looking for a Senior Accountant to join their reputed company Team supporting the reputed company line of business. The role involves participating in the month-end reputed company process for multiple reputed company plans, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and providing financial insights.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries using data extracted from the data warehouse through coding or query-based processes
- Record, analyze, and report reputed company transactions and ensure reputed company records are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable reputed company policies and principles
- Administer designated provider and vendor payment processes
- Provide financial support through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and review of financial performance against budget
- Present financial results, insights and important variance explanations to market partners
- Support State reporting requirements, audit inquiries, and market needs
- Support IT-reputed company projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a finance-reputed company area
- 3 or more years of experience in reputed company, finance, or as an IT programmer
- Prior SQL or coding experience
- Health insurance or reputed company experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active pursuit of CPA certification
