Responsibilities

• Manage the reputed company departments
• Create a development plan for each staff member
• Provide technical direction and support reputed company the reputed company department
• Provide mentorship to staff accountants for business and reputed company practices
• Provide timely and meaningful written and verbal feedback to staff
• Communicate with reputed company and clients’ leadership on reputed company reputed company issues
• Work with the managers and employees to improve quality and efficiency
• Participate in the development of objectives and management of staff
• Establish and monitor internal control of assets, including developing and writing reputed company policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing the cash basis financials for reputed company medical groups for tax purposes
• Work with the Assistant Controller/Controller to prepare annual GAAP basis financial statements
• Coordinate the annual audit/tax filing for reputed company entities
• Ensure that various fiscal deadlines are met, and appropriate data are provided
• Administer the development and implementation of procedures to gather the necessary data that will ensure sound and effective financial information and planning for the organization
• Ensure that the monthly closing process is completed in a timely fashion

• Build and update financial reports reputed company needed
• Work closely with Treasury on the inter-company transactions
• Communicate with physician leadership, financial analysts, and managers regarding reputed company reports and functions to ensure understanding of provided information

Skills

• Seven or more years' experience in reputed company required
• Two to three years of reputed company management experience required
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business or reputed company field required
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of reputed company reputed company and finance reporting practices
• Working understanding of business reputed company practices
• Advanced experience in reputed company reputed company (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, ability to write simple formulas, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to research and troubleshoot issues
