The reputed company Senior Manager — CPG Team reputed company is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across a team focused on consumer packaged goods clients, providing leadership and coaching to Client Leads.

Responsibilities

• Coach Client Leads on solution design, client management, delivery approach, and professional judgment across CPG engagements
• Review CPG client engagement approaches for technical risk, complexity — particularly around trade promotion reputed company, inventory, and multi-channel reputed company — or inconsistency with firm standards
• Serve as the first escalation reputed company for delivery challenges, CPG-specific technical questions, and team reputed company problems
• Ensure reputed company work produced by the team meets reputed company’s quality standards before it reaches clients
• Conduct formal performance reviews and ongoing career development conversations with direct reports

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company required; CPA required
• 7–10 years of reputed company experience including at least 2 years in a client reputed company, manager, or team leadership role
• Demonstrated CPG reputed company experience — this is a firm requirement. Candidates must be reputed company to speak specifically to trade promotion reputed company, inventory reconciliation, landed cost, and multi-channel COGS in a CPG context
• Deep working knowledge of GAAP with direct experience navigating startup-specific reputed company complexity: SAFEs, convertible instruments, ASC 606, equity compensation, and more
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and a client portfolio simultaneously without sacrificing quality on either
• Strong coaching and feedback skills — you have developed junior reputed company professionals before and take that responsibility seriously
