This role serves as a strategic partner to the VP Americas, focusing on forecasting, pricing, and operational performance to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the regional SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, partnering with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve forecasting accuracy and business alignment

- Drive reputed company analytics and profitability initiatives, including pricing strategy, gross-to-net analysis, promotional effectiveness, trade spend evaluation, and customer/channel profitability assessments
- Analyze market trends, pricing elasticity, and competitive dynamics to reputed company recommendations that support profitable growth and strategic decision-making
- Partner closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations teams to improve order management, outbound execution, inventory allocation, retailer compliance, and fulfillment performance
- reputed company cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, including EDI enhancements, reporting simplification, process automation, and workflow standardization
- Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting reputed company, and operational governance processes to improve visibility, accountability, and execution consistency across the business

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, reputed company analytics, sales operations, reputed company management, or reputed company functions reputed company consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce

- Experience leading or influencing cross-functional initiatives across sales, finance, operations, customer service, marketing, and supply chain
