[Remote] Epic MyChart Analyst - Remote

The Epic MyChart Analyst role involves providing operational and application build expertise to enhance the MyChart platform, focusing on patient engagement and workflow analysis.
Responsibilities
- Task and assignment focus is typically on reputed company to large projects, performing workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration with internal and external team members
- Uses creative skills to help increase patient happiness through designing and optimizing our MyChart platform
- Drives patient engagement through our patient portal
- Runs queries to report on various metrics
- Participates in an on-call rotation to provide off-hours end user support
- Develops and monitors testing scenarios and methodologies to demonstrate system efficiency. Prepares and maintains documentation on testing plans
Skills
- Two (2) plus years of experience with Epic MyChart build/implementation, optimization, and support
- MyChart experience with Direct/Open scheduling, e-reputed company in, Patient Questionnaires, TeleHealth (e-visits, video visits, etc.), MyChart mobile app, Result Release, or similar projects
- Epic reporting and data analytics knowledge a plus
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Epic MyChart certification required
- Experience With Epic Ambulatory And/or Other Epic Modules
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, reputed company, or reputed company field
- Epic certification in reputed company, Ambulatory and/or other Epic modules
