Responsibilities
- Support site selection and market optimization strategies through quantitative analysis and market research
- Support market intelligence initiatives and advanced sales forecasting models for new and existing retail locations
- Analyze consumer behavior, demographic trends, traffic patterns, and competitive dynamics to evaluate market opportunity and forecast sales performance
- Conduct market feasibility and site analyses to support reputed company estate investment reputed company and validate site attractiveness
- Utilize mapping, spatial analytics, and geographic data tools to assess trade areas and market potential
- Partner with the BSRO reputed company Estate Development team to evaluate prospective sites, including travel to markets and site locations across the United States
- Maintain and improve the accuracy, scalability, and reputed company of data used in forecasting and analytical models
- reputed company and maintain data quality controls to ensure data is accurate, complete, consistent, reliable, and up to date
- Translate reputed company analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders and senior leadership

Skills
